A ginger growing to 150cm, with large, upright shell-like creamy white flower spikes with gorgeous maroon & yellow throats in summer. Very handsome foliage adds a subtropical flavour to any garden.

Blooming prolifically on erect 30cm stalks in spring, the glossy, green foliage has a distinctive cardamon fragrance when brushed or rubbed. Good for under planting in tropical and informal gardens. Prefers rich, moist soil and regular watering during the warmer months.
