Swiss Cheese or Fruit Salad Plant Monstera deliciosa

The good looks of a Monstera sitting perkily on the kitchen island, dining room table, hospital bedside or bathroom vanity cannot be overstated.
These guys always manage to look great even with some neglect or over watering. They have the ability to shine on through and offer up even more leafy goodness with new leaf abundant with perfectly formed holes.

We have these on a super markdown across all three grades for the moment. Grab ’em whilst you can for a rock bottom price.

Variously known as the Swiss Cheese Plant (because of the mature leaves resembling Emmental cheese) or the Fruit Salad Plant (the fruit tastes a little like a complete fruit salad).

Very much the indoor plant of the moment- Monstera deliciosa carry an intriguing fruit and a voracious appetite for rampant, steady growth.

The fruit tastes like a combination of banana and pineapple and successful fruiting pretty much depends on its growing conditions. Unfortunately, it rarely flowers indoors.

Outdoors it thrives in semi shaded (filtered light) conditions which are completely frost free.
